Virtual Culture, Practices and Games workshop Aug. 16
On Wednesday, August 16th at 7 PM EST, USA Youth & HS Rugby, in conjunction with Positive Coaching Alliance and Curry Brand will host a Virtual Culture, Practices and Games workshop for its member coaches.
Coaches who attend this workshop will come away with resources and tools to assist with:
Developing a team culture that encourages athletes to give 100% effort and to strive for excellence.
Establishing a team’s “signature statements” and “trigger words” to reinforce those values.
Designing dynamic practice sessions.
Strategies for common challenges such as allocating playing time, dealing with blowout matches, and maintaining composure in difficult situations.
