2023 Rugby NY All Western NY Boys All-Star Team Named
The Coaches of Rugby NY's Upstate Boys division have named their 2023 All-Star Team. Players were nominated by their respective teams and then voted on by all of the coaches.
Coaches also voted on the league's 2023 Player of the Year selecting Kenmore Rugby's James McNeil for the second tear in a row. James was a force on both sides of the ball for league champion Kenmore Rugby with 26 tries in 8 games, as well as recording 92 tackles and forcing 17 turnovers.
