USA Rugby releases updated Game Management Guidelines (GMG) for the '23-'24 season.
The USA Rugby Referee & Laws Committee has released their Game Management Guidelines (GMG) for the new '23-'24 season beginning September 1st.
The GMG provides players, coaches and referees with guidance on application of Law to aid in consistency of approach across the country. This year, there are minor updates based on questions received through the year, and some World Rugby changes already publicized.
All club coaches and administrators are strongly encouraged to download and review how games will be managed this year by your local and regional referee societies.
