CNY Rugby partners with Leinster Rugby for summer camp Aug. 3-5
CNY Rugby has partnered with four time European Cup Champions Leinster Rugby and their Rugby Academy to lead a skills clinic August 3-5, 2022.
The clinic will be held at Syracuse University and is open to girls, boys and coaches from high school age thru University. Cost for the clinic is $75.
The skills acquired at the camp will help further fuel the passion for rugby and grow the game in the United States. The camp will feature Leinster Rugby coaches who will share many of the insights and the foundations that have made the Leinster Rugby player pathway and summer camps such a success.
Players attending will learn to play the Leinster Rugby way as they will gain a greater understanding of the game and learn about values such as teamwork, commitment, integrity and communication.
Emphasis will be placed on skill development, game understanding and of course, enjoyment. For more advanced players, they will develop core rugby skills and learn to perform them under challenging conditions through high-class coaching in a professional environment. Positional clinics, video analysis, nutritional information and mental preparation are all key ingredients of the more advanced program.
